Nimo is the intelligent assistant for independent practices. It quietly does the daily work of running a clinic — writing up your visits, keeping the calendar tidy, suggesting the prescriptions you reach for most — so you can stay with the patient in front of you.
This Help Center explains everything Nimo does, in plain language, for the two people who run the front of a practice: the doctor and the front desk.
How to use these guides
- Doctors — start with Record a visit. It's the heart of Nimo: press one button during a consult and Nimo writes the note.
- Front desk — start with Appointments & check-in. It covers the calendar, booking, and getting a patient through the door.
- Not sure who can do what? Read Roles & workspaces.
A calm surface, on purpose
Nimo tries to feel like a helpful colleague, not a dashboard demanding your attention. When you're caught up, it says so and gets out of the way. When it's working — preparing your notes, listening back to a visit — it tells you in plain words what it's doing.
