Connect your AI assistant (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)

Link the assistant you already talk to with Nimo, and ask about your schedule, stock and collections by voice — from anywhere.

Nimo can answer questions through the AI assistant you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Connect once, and on the drive to the clinic you can simply ask: "When can I take a break today?", "Anything to reorder in the pharmacy?", or "How did last week go?" Nimo looks it up in your clinic and your assistant speaks the answer.

A few things to know before you start:

  • It's part of Nimo Pro. Every new practice starts with a free month of Pro, so you can try it from day one.
  • It's private by design. Nimo shares appointment times, counts, stock levels and money totals — never patient names, numbers, or medical records.
  • It's read-only. Your assistant can ask Nimo questions; it can never book, edit, bill or delete anything.
  • You'll need the assistant's own paid plan for custom connections (for example ChatGPT Plus) — that's their requirement, not Nimo's.

The address you'll give your assistant is always the same:

https://gonimo.in/mcp-connect

Connect from Claude

  1. In Claude (web or app), open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector and paste https://gonimo.in/mcp-connect.
  3. Claude opens Nimo's sign-in page. Sign in as yourself, read what will be shared, and tap Allow.
  4. That's it — ask Claude: "Check my Nimo schedule — when can I take a break today?"

Connect from ChatGPT

ChatGPT keeps custom connections behind a developer-mode switch:

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Go back to Apps & Connectors, choose Create (custom connector), and paste https://gonimo.in/mcp-connect.
  3. ChatGPT opens Nimo's sign-in page — sign in and tap Allow.
  4. In a chat, enable the Nimo connector and ask away. Voice conversations can use it too.

Connect from Gemini

Google is still rolling out custom connections in the consumer Gemini app. If you don't see an option to add one yet, it's them, not you — Claude and ChatGPT work today, and the same Nimo address will work in Gemini the moment Google switches it on.

What you can ask

  • Your day: "What does my schedule look like?" · "How many patients this afternoon?"
  • Breaks: "When can I step out for 45 minutes today?" — Nimo checks your real calendar, including Google Calendar, and finds the longest free stretch.
  • Pharmacy: "Anything out of stock?" · "What should I reorder?"
  • Money (practice owner): "Give me a finance overview of last week." · "How much is outstanding?"
  • All of it at once: "Brief me for the day" — schedule, best break, stock alerts and yesterday's collections in one go.

What you can ask depends on your role: doctors get schedule and pharmacy, and the practice owner also gets finance.

Disconnect anytime

Open Settings → Me in Nimo. Every connected assistant is listed under Connected AI assistants with a Disconnect button — one tap and that assistant can't reach Nimo anymore, effective immediately. The practice owner can see and disconnect every connection in the practice.

If something's not working

  • "This is a Pro feature" on the consent screen — your practice is on the Free plan or the Pro period lapsed. Upgrade from Settings → Clinic → Plan & Pricing, or message us on WhatsApp.
  • "Assistant access is switched off for your clinic" — the connection surface has been disabled for your practice. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
  • The assistant says the connection expired — just ask again; assistants refresh their access automatically. If it keeps failing, disconnect from Settings → Me and connect again.
  • You don't see the connector option in your assistant — check you're on the assistant's paid plan, and for ChatGPT that developer mode is on.
