Works with ChatGPT, Gemini & Claude — powered by MCP

Ask your clinic anything — from anywhere

Connect the AI assistant you already talk to — ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude — to Nimo, and your clinic answers by voice. On the drive in, ask about your schedule, your pharmacy stock, or last week’s collections. Nimo does the looking-up; your assistant does the talking.

Read-only · Patient details never shared · Disconnect any time

Things doctors actually ask on the way to the clinic

Real questions, spoken out loud, answered from your clinic’s live data.

When can I take a break today — I need to get to the bank

Nimo reads your real calendar — appointments, walk-ins, even your Google Calendar — and your assistant tells you the longest free stretch: “Your best break is 1:15 to 2:30 — 75 free minutes.”

What's happening with our pharmacy stock — anything to order?

Out-of-stock and running-low medicines, with quantities and your stock value — straight from the pharmacy counter, spoken before you reach it.

Give me a finance overview of last week

Collections, how patients paid (cash, UPI, card), what's still outstanding and what was written off — the owner's money picture in one sentence.

Good morning Nimo — brief me for the day

One flowing update: today's appointments, your best break, stock alerts, pending pharmacy work and yesterday's collections. The whole clinic in the time it takes to reverse out of the driveway.

Connected in three steps

  1. 1

    Add Nimo to your assistant

In ChatGPT (developer mode → connectors), Claude (Settings → Connectors) or Gemini, add Nimo as a connector with one URL.

  2. 2

    Sign in and approve

Your assistant opens Nimo's sign-in. You see exactly what will be shared — schedule, stock, finance — and tap Allow. Once.

  3. 3

    Just ask

From then on, speak naturally: "check my schedule", "anything to reorder?", "how did last week go?" Nimo answers through your assistant, anywhere you are.

Model Context Protocol

Your clinic speaks MCP

MCP is the open standard that lets AI assistants plug into real-world tools — the same connector technology behind ChatGPT connectors and Claude integrations. Nimo ships a native MCP server for your clinic: add one URL to your assistant, sign in once, and it can ask Nimo about your day. No exports, no middleware, no copy-paste.

  • + any MCP-capable assistant

Private by design — patient details never leave Nimo

The connection shares times, counts and amounts — never patient names, numbers or medical records. It’s read-only: your assistant can ask, not change. Every doctor approves their own connection on a Nimo sign-in screen, and can disconnect any time from Settings. The clinic owner (and Nimo support) can switch the whole thing off with one toggle.

Frequently asked questions

  • Which AI assistants work with Nimo?
Any assistant that supports remote MCP connectors: ChatGPT (with developer mode enabled), Claude (Settings → Connectors), and Gemini as Google rolls out connector support. One Nimo connection works across all of them.
  • Can the assistant see my patients’ names or medical records?
No. The connection is private by design — Nimo shares appointment times, counts, stock levels and money totals, never patient names, phone numbers, or any clinical content. Patient data stays inside Nimo.
  • Can ChatGPT change anything in my clinic?
No. The connection is strictly read-only. Your assistant can ask Nimo questions; it cannot book, edit, bill or delete anything.
  • How do I disconnect an assistant?
From Settings → Me in Nimo: every connected assistant is listed with a Disconnect button, and disconnecting takes effect immediately. The practice owner can also switch off assistant access for the whole clinic.
  • Is this included in my Nimo plan?
Assistant connections are part of Nimo Pro (₹999/month), alongside AI visit notes. Every new practice starts with a free month of Pro, so you can try it from day one.
  • Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
You need whichever assistant you want to talk to — custom connectors generally require the assistant's paid plan (e.g. ChatGPT Plus). Nimo works with all of them, so use the one you already have.
